Land and Home Packages

Farrell Homes offers choice lots in varied locations and the option of you the customer to purchase the land and home in one neat package. You can select the total package or omit the services that you would prefer to complete yourself. You make the choice, we do the deed.

Builder Program

We offer our gifted customers who possess the necessary skills of carpentry etc. the option of our builder program which covers the delivery and setting of your home on your completed foundation. Completion of the trim-out /siding etc. and the below floor items would be your responsibilities.
